Since they are not available immediately, there is a prescribed minimum order quantity and a longer delivery time (depending on the complexity of the production and the quantity of the ordered product).

Catalog products are ready-made products available at short notice. From personalization, they offer the possibility of applying (printing) the client's logo to the product itself without additional individualization.

What is the difference between custom products and catalog products?

The main difference is in the level of personalization, delivery time, and minimum order quantity. Custom products offer unlimited personalization possibilities, but with a slightly longer delivery time and a higher minimum order quantity compared to catalog products, which can be ordered without personalization or with the client's logo printing.

Who can order promotional products?

The promotional products from our offer are intended for wholesale to legal entities. Since our offer is intended for legal entities, it is necessary to have a company, trade, or self-employment to place an order.

What is print proof or print preparation that is sent to the client before printing?

In the case of printing on a specific product, before the printing process itself, a so-called "print proof" or "print preparation" is sent to the client for final approval, showing the exact positioning of the logo/design that was ordered. After approval from the client, the printing process begins.

Can samples of promotional products be ordered? Do I bear the cost of samples?

If a sample needs to be sent to the client before the final order, the customer bears the delivery cost. If the desired promotional product sample is not available in our showroom, the customer bears the cost of ordering the sample and delivery. The return period for the sample is 10 working days. After the expiration of the period, an invoice is issued for payment.

Are delivery costs included in the price of the product?

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and depend on the weight of the package itself, calculated according to the current price lists of delivery services. Delivery within the city of Zagreb is free for orders above ? € + VAT. The customer can also personally pick up the goods from us by prior arrangement with the sales representative.

Can I get a discount?

The price of the products varies depending on the quantity of the order. Additionally, if you are organizing a charity, socially beneficial, or other project with a noble goal, we are ready to accommodate you.
