Baltimore Neo – a lighter take on a modern classic. This backpack combines clean aesthetics with functionality for comfortable, daily use. Crafted from RCS certified recycled polyester, the material offers a soft, supple hand feel. The Neo collection features tone-on-tone details and a streamlined design, capturing the light, contemporary expression. Carry the backpack by the top handle or use the adjustable shoulder straps. It features a wide opening with a foldable flap and secure hook and loop closure for easy access. A discreet pocket with a durable SAB zipper on the backside keeps your smaller essentials close at hand. Inside there is a smaller zip pocket and laptop compartment for organised storage. Capacity: 16,5L. This item is made using RCS certified recycled polyester. RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) is a standard to verify the recycled content of a product throughout the whole supply chain. Custom promotional products are unique products completely personalized according to the wishes of the clients. Since they are not available immediately, there is a prescribed minimum order quantity and a longer delivery time (depending on the complexity of the production and the quantity of the ordered product).
Catalog products are ready-made products available at short notice. From personalization, they offer the possibility of applying (printing) the client's logo to the product itself without additional individualization.
The main difference is in the level of personalization, delivery time, and minimum order quantity. Custom products offer unlimited personalization possibilities, but with a slightly longer delivery time and a higher minimum order quantity compared to catalog products, which can be ordered without personalization or with the client's logo printing.
The promotional products from our offer are intended for wholesale to legal entities. Since our offer is intended for legal entities, it is necessary to have a company, trade, or self-employment to place an order.
In the case of printing on a specific product, before the printing process itself, a so-called "print proof" or "print preparation" is sent to the client for final approval, showing the exact positioning of the logo/design that was ordered. After approval from the client, the printing process begins.

If a sample needs to be sent to the client before the final order, the customer bears the delivery cost. If the desired promotional product sample is not available in our showroom, the customer bears the cost of ordering the sample and delivery. The return period for the sample is 10 working days. After the expiration of the period, an invoice is issued for payment.
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and depend on the weight of the package itself, calculated according to the current price lists of delivery services. Delivery within the city of Zagreb is free for orders above ? € + VAT. The customer can also personally pick up the goods from us by prior arrangement with the sales representative.
The price of the products varies depending on the quantity of the order. Additionally, if you are organizing a charity, socially beneficial, or other project with a noble goal, we are ready to accommodate you.
