Frequently asked questions
What types of promotional products are there?
Custom promotional products are unique products completely personalized according to the wishes of the clients. Since they are not available immediately, there is a prescribed minimum order quantity and a longer delivery time (depending on the complexity of the production and the quantity of the ordered product).
Catalog products are ready-made products available at short notice. From personalization, they offer the possibility of applying (printing) the client's logo to the product itself without additional individualization.
What is the difference between custom products and catalog products?
The main difference is in the level of personalization, delivery time, and minimum order quantity. Custom products offer unlimited personalization possibilities, but with a slightly longer delivery time and a higher minimum order quantity compared to catalog products, which can be ordered without personalization or with the client's logo printing.
Who can order promotional products?
